MIKE SIMSIN LIEU OF FLOWERS, MEMORIALS MAY BE MADE TO SOUTHSIDE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH BUILDING FUND Mrs. Hazel Land, 84, of Philadelphia, died Thursday, February 18, 2010 at Rush Hospital in Meridian.   She was born and reared in Neshoba County where she made her home most of her life.  Mrs. Land was a member of Southside United Methodist Church.  She was retired as a sales clerk for retail stores in Philadelphia.   Survivors include her husband, Jack Land of Philadelphia; sons, Mike Land and his wife, Sheila of Philadelphia and Brad Land and his wife, Connie of Philadelphia; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sisters, Walterine Myers of Carrollton and Faye Robertson of Mount Olive; and brothers, John Kennedy of Simpsonville, SC and Guy Kennedy of Sebastopol.   Mrs. Land was preceded in death by a grandchild, Christy Brooke Land.
