INTERMENT: SALEM CEMETERY BURNSIDE COMMUNITY   Mrs. Iris Lynn Denton-Monk, 67, died Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at her home in Sebastopol.   She was a native of the Arlington Community of Neshoba County, a resident of Meridian for a number of years, and moved to Sebastopol in 1998.  Mrs. Monk was a member of the Church of God.  She was a retired taxi driver.   She was preceded in death by her daughter, Elder Lynn Monk; son, Jerry McAdory; parents, John Elbert and Imogene Denton; and sister, Patsy Denton.   Survivors include her daughter, Dottie Farmer of Rosebud; sons, Elbert Ray Monk of Memphis, TN, Tommy Eugene Monk of Sebastopol, William Roy Monk of Meridian, and James (Bumpy) Harris of Union; several grandchildren; sisters, Gail Perkins of Sebastopol, Sheila Lovorn of Philadelphia, Donna McNair of Texas, and Cheryl Pickards of Meridian; and brother, Johnny Burchfield of Philadelphia.
