LAWRENCE RUNNELS  Mr. Bobby Ray Russell, 75, of Philadelphia, died Saturday, January 23, 2010 at home.   He was born in Kemper County and was a long time resident of the Chisolm College Community of Neshoba County.  He was a retired carpenter and served as fire chief for Neshoba County Fire Department from 1975 until 1979.  Mr. Russell was a member of Herbert Baptist Church and was a Mason.   He was preceded in death by his wife, Ola Mae McDaniel Russell in 2008; parents, Robert Earl and Nannie Vivian Russell; brother, John Earnest Russell; and sisters, Mary Eloise Westerfield and Della Mae Shelton.   Survivors include daughters, Brenda Yates and Brandy Sullivan both of Philadelphia; sons, Roger "R. D." Russell of La Porte, Texas, James David Russell of Union, and Donnie Russell of Philadelphia; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Ima "Roberta" Enfield of Whitney, Texas; brother, Henry Alton Russell of Meridian; and numerous nieces and nephews.
