LAWRENCE POOL Mrs. Allen, 98, died Saturday, January 23, 2010 at Neshoba County Nursing Home in Philadelphia.   She was born and reared in the Lynville Community of Kemper County but had made her home in Neshoba County since 1960.  She was a homemaker.  Mrs. Allen was a member of Sandtown United Methodist Church.   She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Allen and her son, James Allen.   Survivors include her daughter, Bonnie Jean McDonald of Philadelphia; her sons, Lester Allen, Jr. of DeKalb and Charles Allen of Philadelphia; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and her sister, Ruby Luke of Preston.   Pallbearers:  Dr. Robert McDonald, Thomas Allen, Randy Allen, Mike Allen, Rick Allen, Brian Anderson, A. J. McDonald, Brady Anderson, Eli Anderson and Conner Allen.
