JOBE MILLER Mr. Charles Boler, 86, of Philadelphia, died Monday, December 21, 2009 at Hospice In His Hands in Leake County.    Mr. Boler was born in Jones County, Laurel and moved to Neshoba County early in life where he made his home.  He was a member and deacon of New Prospect Baptist Church in Leake County.  Mr. Boler was a retired employee of Central Electric Power Association.  He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy serving during World War II.  He was a member of the VFW in Leake County and was a charter member of Hope Fire Department.     Survivors include his wife, Grace Boler of Philadelphia; niece, Kathye Coker of Philadelphia; step-daughter, June Cote of Nashville, TN; and step-sons, Terry Beckham of Jackson, Harry Beckham of Carthage, and Mark Beckham of McHenry.   Pallbearers:  Billy Adcock, Lee Winstead, Fulton Lepard, Dwight Lepard, Mark Beckham, and Richard Cote.
