DAVID CHANDLER Mrs.  Dora M. Kelly, 96, died Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at her daughter's residence in Neshoba County.   She was born and reared in Leake County but had made her home in Neshoba County most of her life.  Mrs. Kelly was a member of Laurel Hill Baptist Church.   She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin "Jack" Kelly; her daughter, Nelda Creekmore and her grandson, Ken Creekmore.   Survivors include her daughters, Shirley White and her husband, Owen Creslyn and Lynda Tate, all of Brandon; Jackie Nowell of Philadelphia; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
