MIKE SULLIVANMrs. Ramsey, 37, of Philadelphia, died Thursday, October 29, 2009 at Neshoba County General Hospital. She was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana and had been a resident of the Bond community of Neshoba County for the past six years. She was currently employed by Jerome Tank Season 2 Season in Philadelphia. She enjoyed all types of craft work. Mrs. Ramsey was a Christian by faith and was devoted to her children. She served in the U.S. Army. Survivors include her husband, James "Jay" Ramsey of Philadelphia; children, Hunter James Ramsey of Philadelphia, Summer Marie Ramsey of Philadelphia, Zachery Brown of Bluffton, IN, and Daniel Brown of Markle, IN; mother, Ramona Fillman of Tucson, AZ; sisters, Sheena Fillman of Tucson, AZ and Nina Mowen and her husband, Joe of Phoenix, AZ; nephew, Eli Mowen of Phoenix, AZ; aunt, Rhonda Brewer of Tucson, AZ; and uncles, Rick Green of Tucson, AZ and Roy Green of Tucson, AZ. Memorials may be made to a special fund for her minor children, Hunter and Summer, at the Citizens National Bank.
