UNTIL SERVICE TIME Mrs. Fowler, 76, of Rose Hill, died Sunday, October 22, 2017, at Laird Hospital in Union.  She was a native and longtime resident of Neshoba County and owner/operator of The Outback Beauty Shop until her retirement in 2015. Mrs. Fowler was a member of Henry's Chapel Methodist Church in Philadelphia Survivors include her husband, Stephen Fowler of Rose Hill; daughter, Shelia Jones (Jack) of Philadelphia; son, Eddie Gilmer (Jennifer) of Rose Hill; six grandchildren, Brandon Spence, Chris Jones, Christopher Brian Gilmer, James Bradford Gilmer, Chase Gilmer and Chelsea Rae Quick; 13 great-grandchildren, Dylan Spence, Gracie Spence, Branson Spence, Aleia McLemore, Ashton Sharp, Gabby Jones, Izzy Jones, Tori Jones, Nicholas Gilmer, Tinley Gilmer, Cooper Gilmer, Levi Gilmer and Bowan Gilmer; sisters, Bobbie (Billy) Bozeman of Philadelphia and Jackie (Johnny) Hester of Philadelphia; and brother, James (Nancy) Chaney of Philadelphia.
