LAWRENCE RUNNELS Mr. Talbert, 87, of Collinsville, died Sunday, September 24, 2017, at Neshoba County Nursing Home.  A native of Neshoba County, he moved to Indianapolis early in life, and then returned to Neshoba County in 1968, where he retired as a carpenter.  Mr. Talbert was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church in the House Community.  Survivors include two daughters, Elaine McCullough (Larry) of Collinsville; Peggy Martin (Mike) of Dayton, TX; son, John Edward Talbert of Collinsville; 10 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Ruby Worrell of Jackson, MS; and a host of nieces and nephews. Mr. Talbert was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Talbert; two sons, Jack “Larry” Talbert, Jr., James Dean Talbert; one grandson, Larry McCullough II; his parents; and eight siblings.
