DAVID UPSHAW Mr. Burton, 75, of Philadelphia, died Friday, September 22, 2017, at his residence surrounded by family. He was born and reared in Neshoba County where he lived most of his life except when he lived in Jackson for a few years. He retired from Louisiana Pacific. Larry loved hunting, fishing and drag racing. Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Barbara Burton of Philadelphia; daughter, Tammy (Danny) Savell of Edwards; son, Scott Burton of Philadelphia; grandchildren, Margo Savell, Daniel Savell, Brittney Cessna, Riley Savell, Cory Burton and Katie Burton; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Mike Burton of Philadelphia; a host of nieces, nephews and their families. Mr. Burton was preceded in death by his parents, Adam and Pauline Burton; sisters, Agatha Bell and Doris Bell; brothers, Rodney Burton, Anthony Burton and John Burton. Pallbearers will be Daniel Savell, Steve Cumberland, Bubba Stokes, Ivan Alford, Kyle Mayo, Jeff Burton, Robin Cumberland and Terry White.
