Mack Alford Betty Jean McNair Stokes was a native of Neshoba County where she had lived most of her life.  Mrs. Stokes was the owner of Miss Betty's Daycare in Philadelphia for 30 years.  She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Philadelphia.   Mrs. Stokes was preceded in death by her husband, U.C. Stokes; sons, Timothy Michael Stokes and Jimmy Stokes; son-in-law, Dr. Ross Smith.   Survivors include daughters, Patty Smith, Pam Irons and her husband, Danny; son, Billy Stokes and his wife, Angela, all of Philadelphia; grandchildren, Danielle Irons, Hunter Irons, Tim Stokes, Carrie Stokes, Harleigh Stokes, Clay Stokes, Zach Stokes, Nina Ellis and Shane Burks; great-grandchildren, Lundyn Stokes, Maleah Ellis and Lanie Stokes; sister, Clair Bishop of Laurel; brothers, Bob McNair of Gautier, MS, Jackie McNair of Lafayette, LA and a host of nieces and nephews.
