BRIAN WEIRTIA REYNOLDSMs. Burnett, 56, of Philadelphia, died Thursday, August 3, 2017, at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian. She was a native and lifelong resident of Philadelphia, MS.  She formerly worked as a teacher at Philadelphia Elementary School for 23 years and later operated the gift shop at Neshoba County General Hospital as part of the hospital volunteer auxiliary.  Ms. Burnett attended Spring Creek Baptist Church.Survivors include her daughter, Laurel (Lake) Jackson of Knoxville; son, Tyler Burnett of Flowood; sisters, Sandra Barrett of Nashville, TN, Susan (William) Cook of Vestavia Hills, AL, Stephania Partridge (Mike) of Philadelphia; brothers, Tommy (Joyce) Weir of Philadelphia, William (Linda) Weir of Brandon; longtime companion, Curtis Moore of Philadelphia and son Josh (Liz) Moore and daughter, Madi; numerous nephews, nieces and their families.Ms. Burnett was preceded in death by her parents, Laurel G. and Ouida Weir.
