DWIGHT FLEMINGREV. DAVID FEDRICKREV. JIMMY TOWNSEND Mr. Collins, 79, of Philadelphia, died Monday, June 19, 2017, at Neshoba County Nursing Home. He was a native and lifelong resident of Neshoba County and owner and operator of Wayne’s Small Engines.   He was a member of the Philadelphia Masonic Lodge #93 and received his 50 year pin.  He was also a member of the Neshoba County Shrine Club.  Mr. Collins was a member of Beacon Street Baptist Church of Philadelphia. Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Joyce Collins of Philadelphia; son, David Wayne (Nancy) Collins of Philadelphia; daughters, Debbie (Andrew) Harmon of Meridian and Theresa (David) Ferguson of Louisville; grandchildren, Samantha Collins, Brittanee Collins, Gabe Wilkerson, Sheena Wilkerson and John Parker; great-grandchild, Tristan Parker; and sister, Caroline Vance of Eldorado, AR. Pallbearers, which were fellow Masons, are Shan Winstead, Bud Dees, Jarvis Winstead, Russell Moore, Junior Bell and William Crenshaw.
