Bill BainMrs. Bonnie Wells, 60, died Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at Anderson Hospital in Meridian.Mrs. Wells was a native of Attala County and had been a resident of Philadelphia since 1976.  She taught 3rd grade at West Kemper & Bogue Chitto Tribal Schools.  She was a member of Southside United Methodist Church where she played the piano.  She also played the piano on Sunday mornings at the Neshoba County Nursing Home for several years. Survivors include her husband of 36 years, Tommy Wells of Philadelphia; sister, Barbara Moss of Kosciusko; brother, Buddy Burkes of Terry; and numerous nieces and nephews and their families.The family has requested, in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Southside United Methodist Church Building Fund.
