OWEN GORDON Mrs. Annie Mae Martin, 105, of Philadelphia, died Thursday, March 23, 2017, at Baptist Leake Extended Care Facility in Carthage, MS.  She was a native and lifelong resident of Neshoba County.  She enjoyed quilting, fishing, farming, and most of all, being with her family.  Mrs. Martin was a member of Hope United Methodist Church of Neshoba County.  Survivors include her daughter, Ann Pinter of Philadelphia; daughter-in-law, Janice Martin Bridges of Philadelphia; grandchildren, Kim Pinter Pigg (Eric), Patrick Pinter (Mel), Martin Pinter (Shay), Joey Martin (Graham) and Jill Martin Byars (Cassidy); eleven great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by her husband, J. L. Martin; and son, Joe Martin, Sr.  Pallbearers are Patrick Pinter, Martin Pinter, Joey Martin, Eric Pigg, Kyle Pigg and Cassidy Byars. In lieu of flowers family requests donations be made to Blair Batson Children’s Hospital or charity of your choice.
