Mrs. Joyce Majure

Services for Mrs. Joyce Majure were held Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at 2 PM from McClain-Hays Chapel with Rev. Mike McDonald officiating. Burial was in Morrow Cemetery. Mrs. Joyce Majure was born and reared in the Dowdville community of Neshoba County but made her home in the Dixon community most of her adult life. Mrs. Majure was a member of Dixon Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Betty Waddell of Union; sons, Tim C. Majure of Philadelphia and Fred Majure of Dekalb; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Gloria Weil of Louisville and Florene Jenkins of Magnolia, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lockridge Majure.
