DAN HOWARD Mr. Bassett, 76, of Philadelphia, died Saturday, December 3, 2016, at his home.He was a native and longtime resident of Philadelphia, MS.  Mr. Bassett was the retired owner of Bassett Custom Cleaning and formerly personnel manager and production control manager at ESCO in Newton.  Frank enjoyed shooting sports, fishing, and his grandchildren.  Survivors include his two sons, Mike Bassett (Shawnee) of Venturia, North Dakota and William Bassett (Barbie) of Madison, MS; three grandchildren, Gracie, Will and Lilly Bassett. Mr. Bassett was preceded in death by his wife, Sudie Kay Bassett in 2007; parents, Thurman and Hazel Bassett; and sister, Dwight Shelton.
