TRENTON MYERS Mrs. Wevett Myers, 86, of Philadelphia, died Friday, December 2, 2016 at Neshoba County Nursing Home. She was a native and lifelong resident of the Fairview community of Neshoba county.  She retired as Food Supervisor/Assistant Dietician from Neshoba County General Hospital and had also worked in the same capacity at Thaggard Hospital in Madden.  Mrs. Myers was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband of 65 years, David Myers of Philadelphia; daughter, Sandra Brown of Philadelphia; sons, Glenn Myers (Rhonda) of Brandon, Ted Myers (Angie) of Philadelphia; grandchildren, Jeremy Brown, Chris Myers, Brandon Myers, Trenton Myers and Erica Myers; great-grandchildren, Max Myers and Parker Myers; sisters, Jeanette Ellingburg of Philadelphia and Audrey Myers of Portland, Oregon; numerous nieces, nephews and their families. Mrs. Myers was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Addie Bland; grandson, Ben Myers; sisters, Mildred Jones, Melba Moore and Winnie Clark; brothers, Bruce Bland and Rupert Bland.Pallbearers were Jeremy Brown, Chris Myers, Brandon Myers, Erica Myers, Mack Moore, Larry Kittrell and Dwight Rushing.
