BRIAN WEIR Mr. Ethredge, 87, of Neshoba County, died Friday, November 18, 2016, at Rush Hospital in Meridian.  He was a native of Neshoba County.  Mr. Ethredge served a total of 22 years, which included four years in the U. S. Army during the Korean War and 18 years in the U. S. Air Force.  He retired while he was at the Columbus Air Force Base, and then transferred to civil service, continuing to work for another 18 years until final retirement.  He then moved back to Neshoba County in 1988. Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Jean K. Ethredge of Philadelphia; and a host of nieces and nephews.Pallbearers were Ronnie Asbill, Mike Johnson, Adrian Sligh, Chad O'Brian, Norman Adcock and Stan Ethredge.
