He was born April 29, 1991, in Mobile AL.  He was a graduate of Bixby High School, and received a computer science degree from Oklahoma State University.  He was Baptist by faith. Survivors include his parents, Kenneth and June Winstead Parker, Jr., of Bixby, OK; two sisters, Jessica Parker of Tulsa, OK, and Allison Parker of Bixby, OK; maternal grandmother, Mary Winstead of Philadelphia; paternal grandparents, Kenneth and JoAnn Parker, Sr., of Tupelo; two nieces, Natalie Parker and Julie Parker, both of Bixby, OK; one aunt, Anita Winstead of Philadelphia; and one uncle, Steven Parker of Tupelo. Mr. Parker was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Carroll Winstead, and one aunt, Darena Parker. Pallbearers will be Ryan Turner, Mack Moore, Buck Stovall, Jesse Spears, John Spears and Scott Payne.  Honorary pallbearer will be Steve Turner. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Gideons International or Angel Flight.
