DAN HOWARD Mrs. Mott, 91, of Philadelphia, died Tuesday, November 8, 2016, at Atwood Personal Care Home Philadelphia. She was a native of Neshoba County and made her home in Jackson, MS, for a number of years. She traveled with her first husband, Dewey Brown, while he was with the military, and they resided at Wheeler Air Force Base for a number of years. Mrs. Mott made her home in Philadelphia for 50 years and was an active member of First Baptist Church. She and her second husband, Willard Mott, traveled extensively in the U. S. and Canada for many years. Survivors include her sons, Steve Brown of Peachtree City, GA, and Derek Brown of Aurora, CO; grandchildren, Allison Brown Coleman of Savannah, GA, Ryan Brown of Augusta, GA, Crystal Schierkolk of Aurora, CO; and great-grandchild, Adam Schierkolk of Aurora, CO. Mrs. Mott was preceded in death by husbands, Dewey Brown and Willard Mott; and parents, Irvin and Alma Viola Smith. Pallbearers are Ryan Brown, Calvin Coleman, Richard Rea, Ritchie Rea, Nickey Travis and Robert Ezelle.
