TOBY STOVALLMrs.Ella Mae Pou, 84, of Philadelphia, died Thursday, November 3, 2016, at Neshoba County Nursing Home in Philadelphia, MS. She was a native and longtime resident of Neshoba County and employed with Wells-Lamont for several years. Mrs. Pou was a member of New Blackjack Baptist Church. Survivors include five grandchildren, Guy Pou, Rebecca Pou and Jessica Pou of Philadelphia, Shane Beckham (Sonia) and Ricky Beckham (Danielle) of Boaz, AL; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Frances “Pug” Long of Louisville; brother, Norman McKay (Pauline) of Chalmette, LA; and a host of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Pou was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall Pou; one son, Pitman Pou; one daughter, Gail Beckham (Ricky); granddaughter, Kasha Tullos; a sister, Lucille Houston; and brothers, Roy, Raymond, Emmette and Richard “Dickie” McKay. Pallbearers were Jack Gregory, Tyler Turk, Kenny Call, Terry Long, Bill Long and Jeff Long.
