GREG FORTENBERRY REV. WESLEY LOVERN Mrs. Stuart, 75, of Philadelphia, MS, died Wednesday, October 12, 2016, at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. She was a native of the Plattsburg Community of Winston County and graduated from Noxapater High School.  Mrs. Stuart retired from the winding department at U. S. Motors in Philadelphia. Survivors include her husband, Ralph Stuart of Philadelphia; three sons, Tim Manning (Karen), Ted Manning (Barbara Lynn) and Brad Stuart (Amy), all of Philadelphia; four grandchildren, Jessica Barnett (Allan), Kaitlin Copeland (Jason), Caden Stuart and John Brady Stuart; two sisters, Kay Steele and Susan Stone, both of Philadelphia; several nieces and nephews and their families.  Mrs. Stuart was preceded in death by her mother, Edna B. Commer; father, Earl Deweese; brother, Jack Deweese; and sister, Helen Jeanette Stuart.
