BILLY JAMES  Mrs. Cassie Hicks Moore, 85, of Philadelphia, died Friday, September 9, 2016, at Neshoba County Nursing Home in Philadelphia. She was a native and lifelong resident of Neshoba County and longtime resident of the Bethsaida community.  She was a retired nurse from Neshoba County General Hospital after 30 years of service.  Mrs. Moore was a member of Bethsaida Baptist Church. Survivors include her sons, Frank Moore (Janet) of Destin, FL, Curtis Moore of Philadelphia and Steve Moore (Pam) of Collierville,TN; grandchildren, Michele Lyons (Joe), Rachel Roberts (Jace), Rebecca Brill (Seth), Amber Moore, Lindsay Myers (Matt) and Josh Moore (Liz); great-grandchildren, Nick Lyons, Olivia Lyons and John Mark Roberts; sisters, Willie Loper of Stratton, Joyce Humphrey of Union, Nancy Toten of West and Virginia Hall of Bartlett, TN; brother, A. J. Hicks of West; numerous nieces, nephews and their families. Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her husband, Percy Moore; parents, Malcolm and Mattie Hicks; sisters, Mildred Gainey and Maxine Moore. Pallbearers were  Norman Gainey, Kenny Hillman, Jerry King, Joel Loper, Randy Moore, Kenny Pierce Danny Skinner and Bunky Smith.
