LIN CHESNEYINTERMENT:EASTLAWN CEMETERY Mrs. Winstead, 91, of Philadelphia, died Tuesday, September 6, 2016, in Saucier, MS. She was a native of Neshoba County and made her home in Washington, D. C., for a number of years.  After retirement in 1962 she moved back to Philadelphia, MS, where she made her home since.  She served two years as president of N.A.R.F.E. Survivors include her husband of 72 years, Elmo Murray Winstead of Philadelphia; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sons, John Mark Winstead and Timothy W. Winstead. Pallbearers were David Winstead, Allen Winstead, Leo Parker, Charles Thomas, Roger Whitlock and Tim Chesney.
