DUAINE MORGAN Mrs. Arnell Culpepper, 86, of Philadelphia, died Saturday, August 6, 2016, at Neshoba County Nursing Home. She was a native of Lauderdale County and a longtime resident of Philadelphia, MS. She was a former factory worker at U.S. Motors, Chahta, and Garan. Mrs. Culpepper was a member of First Baptist Church in Philadelphia. Survivors include her husband, Bill Culpepper of Philadelphia; son, Don (Tonya) Culpepper of Philadelphia; grandchildren, Lacey (Kyle) Stribling of Oxford and Ty (Mary Rollins) Culpepper of Tupelo; great-grandchildren, Kate Alan Culpepper and John Townes Stribling; sister, Ruth McMullen of Lauderdale County. Mrs. Culpepper was preceded in death by her sister, Margie Ward. The family request memorials be made to: First Baptist Church Child Ministry Center Building Fund, 414 Pecan Avenue, Philadelphia, MS 39350.Pallbearers are Danny Hicks, Dan Mars, William Mars, Willie Nichols, Chris Owen and Roger Owen.
