MATTHEW WHITEMr. Bounds, 42, of Philadelphia, MS, died Sunday, July 31, 2016, at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, AL.  He was born and reared in the Plattsburg community of Neshoba County.  He was a graduate of the Class of 1992 of Neshoba Central.  He was a heavy equipment mechanic by trade and had a passion for his work.  Mr. Bounds was a member of Arlington Baptist and loved his family, which was his life.  Survivors include his wife, Tiffany Bounds of Philadelphia; two sons, Tyler Reed Bounds and Alex Kaden Bounds of Philadelphia; one granddaughter, Serinity Peyton Bounds of Philadelphia; mother, Brenda Rushing Coleman and her husband Chuck of Philadelphia; father, Danny Bounds of Philadelphia; brother, Christopher Allen Bounds of Philadelphia and wife Bridget; two nephews; and several aunts and uncles.  Mr. Bounds is preceded in death by maternal and paternal grandparents, sister, uncle and nephew.
