JUSTIN CHANEY Mr. McDaniel, 86, of Philadelphia, died Monday, July 18, 2016, at the family camp house in Carroll County, MS. He was born in Neshoba County and moved to the Gulf Coast early in life working as a butcher until opening his own store, Bob’s Grocery, where he stayed for 40 years.  He moved back to Philadelphia in 1990, and worked for Weyerhaeuser until his retirement in 2014.  He enjoyed racing boats, fishing, hunting and anything outdoors.  Survivors include two sons, Robert Earl McDaniel of Biloxi, MS, and Randy “Mc” McDaniel of Grenada, MS; four grandchildren, Kandace McDaniel, Macey McDaniel, Brandon McDaniel and  Justin McDaniel; three sisters, Ruby Grice of Meridian, Pauline Parker of DeKalb and Glendell “Sis” Kellum of Pascagoula; and a host of nieces, nephews and their families. Mr. McDaniel is preceded in death by his parents, Elbert C. and Mary McDaniel; a sister, Ola Mae Russell; two brothers, Wendell “Buddy” McDaniel and James Elbert McDaniel.
