ED KEENE Mrs. Annie "Boots" Keene, 85, of Union, died Tuesday, May 24, 2016, at her home.  She was a native of the Beatline community in Neshoba County and a longtime resident of the Rock Creek community.  She had worked in production/shipping at The Shirt Factory in Union for a number of years.  Mrs. Keene was a member of Rock Creek Baptist Church where she taught children’s Sunday school for several years.  She enjoyed attending gospel singings.  She was an avid gardener and loved her flowers. Survivors include her son, Randy Keene of Union; daughter-in-law, Vicki Keene of Union; grandchildren, Jeramy Keene, Misty Keene, Sandy Robinson and Kristi Myers; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Ila Alene George of Clinton; brother, Rev. E. L. Sharp of Vicksburg; and numerous nieces, nephews and their families.  Mrs. Keene was preceded in death by her husband, George Keene; son, Ricky Keene; and a number of sisters and brothers.Pallbearers were Larry Pearson, Devon Sharp, Ed Keene, Harold Eakes, Ben Humphreys, Mike Sharp and Charles Sharp.
