TOM MCCURLEY Mrs. Williamson, 87, of Philadelphia, died Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at Atwood Personal Care Home in Philadelphia. She was a native of the Bloomo community in Neshoba County and longtime resident of the Shady Grove community.  She retired after 30 plus years from Wells Lamont Corporation as a sewing machine operator.  Mrs. Williamson was a member of Mt. Nelson Baptist Church where she had served as church pianist for several years. She was a former member of Forestdale Homemakers Club. Survivors include her son, Ross Williamson (Jean) of Philadelphia; daughters, Charlotte Gray (Billy) of Philadelphia and Wanniese Whitehead (Jerry) of Philadelphia; grandchildren, Amy Crenshaw, John Ross Williamson, Jimmy Paul Gray, David Wayne Gray, Ben Whitehead and Sid Whitehead; great-grandchildren, Calisa, Colin, John Cole, Hannah, Levi, Austin, Hunter, Chloe, Dillan, Brady, Mason, Izzy, Bailey, Ellie and Elissa; and a special friend, Burnadyne Smith. Mrs. Williamson was preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie Roy Williamson; great-granddaughter, Allison Paige Gray; sister, June Dill; and brother, Lowry Lundy. Pallbearers are Jimmy Paul Gray, David Wayne Gray, Sid Whitehead, Ben Whitehead, John Ross Williamson and Harold Eakes. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Mt. Nelson Baptist Church, 10141 Rd 630 Philadelphia, MS 39350, or your favorite charity.
