BILLY HENRY Mrs. Savell, 47, of Louisville, died Saturday, March 26, 2016, at her home. She was born in Louisville and made her home in the Four Corners community all of her life.  She was a 1986 graduate of Noxapater High School, attended East Central Community College for two years, and then received a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Mississippi State University.  She was a teacher for eight years at Carthage Elementary School and was a loving housewife. Mrs. Savell was a member of First Baptist Church in Edinburg. Survivors include her husband, Dalton Oliver Savell of Louisville; stepson, Thomas Savell of Biloxi; mother, Betty Ruth Todd of Louisville; and brother, Paul Richard Todd of Louisville. Mrs. Savell was preceded in death by her father, Charles Richard Todd.Pallbearers were Andy Savell, Matthew Savell, Thomas Savell, Chris Todd, Gary Todd, Billy King and Tim Sisson.
