WAYNE TATEMrs. Watkins, 59, of Philadelphia, died Tuesday, March 1, 2016, at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian. She was a native and lifelong resident of Neshoba County. She worked at Range Avenue Superette for several years. She loved to cook, sing, listen to music and watch her grandchildren.  Mrs. Watkins was a member of Reformation Church in Leake County. Survivors include her husband, Johnny Earl Watkins of Philadelphia; daughters, Joanie Alexander (John) of Moody, Texas, Cindy Chesney (Michael) of Decatur, Kari Hall (T.J.) of Meridian and Victoria Fulton (William) of Philadelphia; 14 grandchildren; sisters, Virginia Tate of Philadelphia and Toni Sistrunk of Philadelphia; brothers, Wayne Sullivan of Union and Johnny Sullivan of Forest; and a host of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Watkins was preceded in death by her son, James Kevin White; parents, J.R. and Zula Sullivan; sister, Linda Sue Tate; brother, Wallace Sullivan; and nephew, Jackie Dale Tate. Pallbearers were Dale Sistrunk, Leroy Sistrunk, David Tate, Travis Ward, Michael Sistrunk, John Sullivan and Shannon Sullivan.  Honorary pallbearers were Thomas Tate, Paul Sistrunk, John Sullivan, Donald Tate, Greg Sullivan, Kevin Hall, Jimmy Earl Fulton and James Peyton Lee Chesney.
