HOWELL THRASH    Mrs. Singleton, 76, of Philadelphia, died Wednesday, December 30, 2015, at her residence. She was born and raised in the Mars Hill community of Winston County but moved to Neshoba County where she made her home most of her life.  She worked for Wells-Lamont Corporation for a number of years.  She retired from B. J.'s  Restaurant as a cook.  Mrs. Singleton was a member of New Pleasantdale Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughters, Sharon Gilmer (Murphy) of Philadelphia and Christy Baysinger (Chad) of Union; sons, Billy Singleton, Sr. (Pam) of Union and Bobby Singleton (Mitze) of Philadelphia; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-great grandchildren; sister, Lorene Manning of Noxapater. Mrs. Singleton was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Clyde Singleton, sisters, Lasper Rushing and Ruby Rushing; parents, Harley and Sadie Blount.Pallbearers were Sammy Singleton, Cody Singleton, T. J. Kilgore, Ryan Baysinger, Billy Singleton, Jr., Brandon Gilmer and Bryce Parkerson.
