DAN HOWARD Mrs. Bobby Ruth Welsh, 92, of Philadelphia, died Sunday, September 6, 2015, at the Neshoba County Nursing Home. She was born and reared in Philadelphia where she made her home all of her life. She was retired from Wells-Lamont Corporation where she was supervisor and assistant manager.  Her hobbies were gardening, collecting antiques, cooking, and traveling.  Mrs. Welsh was a member of First Baptist Church. Mrs. Welsh was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Welsh.Survivors include her daughter, Charlotte Tullos of Philadelphia; nephew, William Harlock of Atlanta, Georgia; niece, Ann McGowin of Louisville; cousin, Bonnie Thompson of Philadelphia; special friends, Wydell Crawford of Dallas, Texas, Jack Sullivan of Philadelphia, and Wanda Waddell of Madison. Pallbearers were Rayburn Waddell, Charles Phillips, David Byars, Willie Jackson, Bill Gilley and Joey Kilgore.
