PHILIP WILLIAMS REV. DAVID HARDYREV. NEIL CHADWICK Mrs. Savell, 65, of Philadelphia, MS, died Saturday, August 15, 2015, at her residence. She was a native and lifelong resident of Neshoba County.  Mrs. Savell was a member of Bluff Springs Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Randolph Savell of Philadelphia; daughters, Amy Dulay (Alex) and Amanda Savell, all of Philadelphia; grandchildren, Katie Dulay, Sadie Dulay and Ethan Dulay; and sister, Ruthieleen Barker (Mike) of Philadelphia. Mrs. Savell was preceded in death by her parents, Dewey and Georgie Ruth Belk; and brothers, Adolphus Belk and Hugh Belk.Pallbearers were Richard Johnson, Stacey Johnson, David Pullin, Lamar Savell, Daniel Savell, Jamie Savell, Rex Savell, Jason Felton and Kevin Savell.
