CHRIS VOWELL Mrs. Franklin, 50, of Philadelphia, MS, died Friday, August 14, 2015, at Rush Foundation Hospital in Meridian. She was born and reared in Neshoba County where she had lived most of her life.  Mrs. Franklin was a member of Oak Ridge Church of God. Survivors include her husband, Terry Franklin of Philadelphia; daughters, Neenah Long of Lafayette, GA, Celeste Franklin of Biloxi, Nicole Henley of Philadelphia, and Bethane Holland of Philadelphia; grandchildren, Aubrey Kirkland, Allyson Holland, Emma Henley, John Long, David Long, Adam Holland, and Matthew Holland; mother, Shirley Ann Stovall of Philadelphia; three sisters and three brothers.Pallbearers were: Steryot Holland, James Henley, David Winstead, Andrew Cook, Tony Alawine, and Jason Long.
