TYLER PIGOTTMrs. Goodin, 95, of Madison, died Tuesday, July 14, 2015, at Community Place Nursing Home in Jackson. She was a native of the Bloomo Community in Neshoba County. She moved to Houston, Texas, early in life where she made her home until retiring and moving to Jackson in the early eighties. Mrs. Goodin was a member of Woodland Hills Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Moore of Madison; grandchildren, September Moore and Brooke Mizell (David); great-grandchildren, Joseph Wells and Lexi Wells; and a host of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Goodin was preceded in death by her husband, Roy E. “Sporty” Goodin. Memorials may be made to Woodland Hills Baptist Church in Jackson.
