MICHAEL AINSWORTH REV. JASON MARTIN Mr. Proctor, 78, of Philadelphia, died Thursday, July 2, 2015, at his residence. He was a native of Tippah County, longtime resident of Memphis, TN, and a resident of the Fork community in Neshoba County for the past four months. He was a retired riverboat worker. Mr. Proctor was a member of New Zion United Pentecostal Church. Survivors include his brother, William C. Proctor of Haleyville, AL; numerous nieces, nephews, and their families. Mr. Proctor was preceded in death by his parents, John A. and Hattie Proctor; sister, Betty J. McDaniel; brother, Kenneth W. Proctor, and nephew, Danny Fondren. Pallbearers were Courtney Fondren, Michael Rodgers, John Ainsworth, Landon Warren, Jeff Reeves and Bobby Crager.
