JASON BROOKS   Mrs. Tidwell, 79, of Philadelphia, MS, died Thursday, July 2, 2015, at Anderson Regional Medical Center-North in Meridian.She was born in Valdosta, Georgia, grew up in Frostproof, Florida, and had been a longtime resident of Neshoba County.  She was co-owner/operator of Tidwell Grocery, Furniture, Auto Sales and Laundromat, along with her husband, Travis.  Mrs. Tidwell was a member of Bethsaida Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughters, Theresa Winstead (Allen) of Brandon, Deborah Worthington, and Jeanie Allen (Joseph), all of Philadelphia, and Laurie Page (Ronnie) of Biloxi; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; sister, Evelyn Fann of Frostproof, FL; sister-in-law, Pat Posey (Kenneth) of Philadelphia; numerous nieces, nephews, and their families; and Boston Terrier, Corky. Mrs. Tidwell was preceded in death by her husband, Travis Tidwell; parents, Darius and Alva Yates; grandson, Sam Beckham; five sisters and two brothers.Pallbearers were Caleb Page, David Kennedy, Ty Posey, David Buckner, Will McMillan and John Harrison.  Honorary pallbearers were Briar Page and Jacob Spears.
