M.MCCLAIN-HAYS FUNERAL HOME INTERMENT: HESTER CEMETERY OFFICIATING: REV. LARRY JOYNER REV. RICKY ALDRIDGE Jerome Lee Chesney was a lifelong resident of the House Community. He was a loyal member of Smith’s Chapel Church of God of Prophecy and committed follower of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Jerome took great pride in singing Praise Hymns for his Church and the Hilltop Nursing Home of Union, MS. Survivors include: one sister, Betty L. Frazier of Kosciusko, three brothers, Blaine of Newton, Billy of House, and Ricky of Union, two nieces and a host of nephews. Mr. Chesney was preceded in death by his father, Ray Oliver, mother, Prudie Estelle (Miller), two brothers, Jimmy and Ellis Ray Chesney all of House Community and three sisters, Ida Pearl, Edna Earl of House and Faye Davidson of Kosciusko. Pallbearers were Kevin Chesney, Tommy Bane, Sunny Russell, Buddy Sturm, Johnny Chesney and Sheldon Fox.   Thank you to all of our family, friends, and neighbors who have been so gracious during our time of loss.
