DUDLEY WINSTEAD Elizabeth “Lib” started her first year at Laurel Hill Grammar School and graduated from Edinburg High School where she was voted "most popular". She started her Cosmetology training at the Carthage Beauty School and began her Cosmetology Instructor training in Greenwood, Ms. where she received her Instructor License. She later bought the Carthage Beauty School. She was appointed a position on the Mississippi State Board of Cosmetology by Gov. William Winter, August 17, 1983. She was very active at the New County Line Baptist Church as Sunday School teacher, playing the piano, and singing with a small group. She also emceed many programs of entertainment at the Edinburg High School, as well as being very active in the Edinburg Booster Club. Survivors include her husband, Doug Bivin of Brandon; daughter, Jamie Hatton of Brandon; son, John Bivin of Brandon; granddaughter, Emily Bivin; grandson, Cade Hatton; great-granddaughter, Allyson Bivin; sister, Naomi Kilpatrick of Philadelphia; brother, Bro. Doyle Moore of Philadelphia; and numerous nieces, nephews and their families. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cleveland and Luna Kay Moore and sister, Hazel Beem.Pallbearers were: Wes Turner, Luke Fedrick, Gerald Beem, Gary Chamblee, Ray Martin, and Keith Freeny
