DENNIS DUVALL Mrs. Marshall, 93, of Philadelphia, died Monday, February 16, 2015, at Neshoba County Nursing Home. She was a native of Kemper County and longtime resident of Philadelphia. She formerly worked at Wells Lamont and operated, with her husband, Marshall’s Grocery in Philadelphia.  She was a former meter maid for the City of Philadelphia Police Department.  She worked for a time as bookkeeper at the NAPA store in Philadelphia and also worked several years at Neshoba County General Hospital as receptionist and in the business office.  Mrs. Marshall was a longtime member of East Philadelphia Baptist Church and former Sunday School teacher. Survivors include her daughters, Judy Anderson (Ken) of Saltillo and Vicky Marshall of Philadelphia; grandchildren, Christy McIlwain (Mac), Marty Anderson (Robin), Pamela Leech (John), Sherrell Ray “Butch” Marshall, Jr. and Michelle Reid (Carl); nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and their families. Mrs. Marshall was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Marshall and son, Sherrell Ray Marshall, Sr.Pallbearers will be Marty Anderson, Tony Hardy, Aaron Barnett, Billy Barnett, Ted Marshall, Gabe Marshall, Earl Marshall, Jimmy Dale Marshall, Marshall Smith, Robert Smith, R. B. Marshall and Eddie Malner.
