MCCLAIN-HAYS FUNERAL HOMEMrs. Wiggins, 90, of DeKalb, died Thursday, January 15, 2015 at Golden Living Center of Meridian. She was a native and longtime resident of the Townsend community in Kemper County.  Mrs. Wiggins was a member of Spring Hill Methodist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Faye Larson of Marion; son, Cecil E. Wiggins of Kathleen, GA; step-granddaughter Elizabeth Woods of Meridian, two grandsons; several great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and their families. Mrs. Wiggins was preceded in death by her husband, C.P. Wiggins; daughters, Violette Lucendie Wiggins and Ruby Davis Burrows; sister, Willie Bell Wiggins; and brother, Archie Haskins.
