M.MCCLAIN-HAYS FUNERAL HOME INTERMENT: COYE ASSEMBLY OF GOD CEMETERYOFFICIATING: REV. LAWERENCE POOLREV. LEE WATSON Mr. Fox, 75, of Preston, MS, died Saturday, January 3, 2015 at John C. Stennis Memorial Hospital in DeKalb. He was a  native and lifelong resident of the Coy community in Kemper County.  Mr. Fox was a member of Coye Assembly of God Church.  He was a member of Summerville Masonic Lodge.  He was retired from glove manufacturing in Preston. Survivors include his wife, Faye Fox of Preston; daughters, Lorrie Pool (Christopher) of The Woodlands, TX  and Sonya Branning (Bruce) of Union; grandchildren, Jordan Branning, Austin Pool, Nicholas Branning, Adam Pool, Eli Pool and Caleb Pool; great-grandchild, Elena Biggs; sisters, Gladys Wilson of Florence, Annie Mae Miles of Raymond and Erma Ruth Robertson (Charley) of Philadelphia; brothers, James “Bug” Fox (Eddie Pearl) of Shuqualak and Fronnie Cumberland (Patricia) of Carthage. He was preceded in death by his  sons, Charles Todd Fox and Charles Johnny Fox, Jr.; parents, Ethel and Myrtle Fox; sister, Bobbie Jean Thornton.Pallbearers were Austin Pool, Eli Pool, Adam Pool, Nicholas Branning, Stan Copeland and Joey Copeland.
