She was a native and longtime resident of Neshoba County.  She had worked as office manager for Shelter Insurance Agency in Philadelphia. Mrs. Lackey was a charter member of Grace Baptist Church where she was a longtime children’s and youth Sunday School Teacher and VBS Director. Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Lackey of Philadelphia; daughter, Kristen Blair (Scott) of Philadelphia; son, Eric Hill (Michelle) of Elizabeth, New Jersey; grandchildren, Anna Kate Blair, Kaylee Blair, Abby Blair, Austin Hill, Devin Hill, Taylor Boxhold and Noah Hebert; parents, Jack and Minnie Lee Maxey of Philadelphia; sisters, Jackie Holley of Philadelphia and Tammy Manning of Noxapater.Pallbearers were Rayford Manning, III, Bruce Manning, Brent Manning, Kevin Robertson, Chris Robertson, Jerome Fedrick, Josh Coleman and Jase Lovern.
