CHRIS VOWELLINTERMENT: CEDARLAWN CEMETERY Mr. Curry, 70, died Friday, November 28, 2014 at University of Alabama Birmingham. He was a native of Warren, Arkansas and went to college at the University of Southern Mississippi. He served in the U. S. Air Force during the Vietnam conflict. He formerly worked as a banker at various banks in the Florida panhandle before moving to Louisville, MS where he worked for Citizens Bank and Trust. He had been a resident of Philadelphia since 1990. Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Johnson Curry of Philadelphia; two sons, Sean Baker Curry (Pola) of Fairhope, AL and Chad Edward Curry (Betty) of Apex, NC; four grandchildren, Hunter, Jackson, Levi and Allison Curry; two sisters, Glena Bratton of Little Rock, AR and Ginny Brown of Jackson Hole, WY. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fay and Emma Jean Curry and his daughter, Kimberly Curry.Pallbearers were Terry Phillips, Barry Parker, Chad Feasel, Mike Bonner, Craig Vowell and Terry Jordan.
