MARK CLOYS REV. CHESTER CARLISLEMrs. Guthans, 101, of Philadelphia, died Thursday, November 20, 2014 at Neshoba County Nursing Home. She was a native and longtime resident of Philadelphia, MS.  Mrs. Guthans was a member of East Philadelphia Baptist Church where she was active with the senior adult group for many years. Survivors include her daughters, Kathy Neumann of St. Charles, MO and Susan Webb (Randy) of Philadelphia; son, Danny Guthans (Becky) of Philadelphia; grandchildren, Brian Hamilton, Melanie Coggins, Jason Webb, Josh Guthans and Jason Pierce; great-grandchildren, Mabry Hamilton, Addison Hamilton, Caprila Coggins, Rylan Coggins, Karis Webb, Kenadie Webb, Jake Harrison, Tucker Guthans and Cooper Daniel Guthans. Mrs. Guthans was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Victor Guthans; sister, Sara Pinson; and brothers, Bryant Hardin and A.C. White. Pallbearers will be Josh Guthans, Jason Pierce, Jake Harrison, Brian Hamilton, Jason Webb, Ray Partridge, James Thomas and Randy Hearn.
