BOBBY WAGGONERMrs. Tullos, 96, of Philadelphia, died Thursday, August 14, 2014 at Neshoba County Nursing Home. She was a native of Neshoba County and a longtime resident of the Arlington community.  Mrs. Tullos was a member of East Philadelphia Baptist Church. She was also a member of the Young at Heart Washboard Band and the Order of the Eastern Star. Survivors include her daughters, Judy Rudolph of Philadelphia, Andra Mooney of Kosciusko, and Katherine Branning and her husband, Troy of Philadelphia; six granddaughters; numerous great and great-great-grandchildren; sister, Frances Hodgins of Tuscaloosa, AL; brothers, Hal Byars of Philadelphia and Jack Byars of Gautier; and a host of nieces, nephews and their families. Mrs. Tullos was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Tullos; sons-in-law, Ed Rudolph and Jerry Mooney; grandson, Eddy Rudolph; sister, Max Breazeale; and brothers, Roy Byars and Ralph Byars. Pallbearers will be her granddaughters, Melissa McLellan and her husband, Billy, Amanda Puckett and her husband, Joe, Pam McCool and her husband, Tommy, Suzanne Clearman and her husband, Rob, Amy White and her husband, David, and Tammy Evans and her fiancé, Rett. The family requests in lieu of flowers memorials be made to your charity of choice.
