DWIGHT FLEMINGMrs. Brown, 85, of Philadelphia, died Monday, July 14, 2014 at her home. She was a native of Kemper County and had been a resident of Neshoba County since 1978.  Mrs. Brown formerly attended Tucker Community Church and most recently Center Hill Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughters, Wanda Brown and Sharon Brown both of Brandon; grandson, Jeremy Brown of Philadelphia; sisters, Loraine Jones and Ester Killen both of Philadelphia; brother, Jerome Kirkland of Preston; and numerous nieces, nephews and their families. Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her husband, John A. Brown in 2006; son, Royce A. Brown; parents, Andy and Maggie Kirkland; sisters, Eunice Pierce, Marie Smith and Ethel Talbert; and brothers, Ernest Kirkland, Lavelle Kirkland, Burney Ray Kirkland and Leslie Kirkland.
