LAWRENCE POOLMrs. Poe, 89 , of Philadelphia, died Monday, June 23, 2014 at Neshoba County Nursing Home. She was a native and longtime resident of the Sandtown community in Neshoba County.  She worked at Fred’s Department Store for over 50 years before retiring. Mrs. Poe was a member of Sandtown United Methodist Survivors include her daughter, Kay Copeland (Lynn); sons, Danny Poe (Brenda) and Kim Poe, all of Philadelphia; grandchildren, Leanne Poe Volking, Kandi Poe Rettig, Brad Copeland, Butch Copeland and Jonathan Poe; great-grandchildren, Prentice Copeland, Jenny Kate Copeland, Halle Faith Copeland, Braden Copeland, Jessica Volking, Hunter Volking and Kaylenn Rettig; great-great-grandchild, Bristol Volking; sister, Elvie Burton of Ridgeland; brother, Norman Cumberland of Philadelphia and a host of nieces, nephews and their families. Mrs. Poe was preceded in death by her husband, Hunter Poe.Pallbearers were Ray Cumberland, Tim Cumberland, Mickey Cumberland, Sam Burton, Marty Cumberland and Robin Cumberland.
